Refund Policy

Effective date: April 12, 2026

1. Nature of the Service

Prime Foundation is an irreversible, bespoke service that aligns each customer's emotional, cognitive, linguistic, and behavioral patterns to design and deliver a personalized self-operating system (OS).

This is not a general consumer product. Because the alignment and system design are produced using each customer's unique inner information, refunds are not possible once the service has commenced.

2. Eligible for Refund

A full refund is available only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 7 days of payment, AND
  • No alignment session (including Zoom or any other real-time consultation) has started, AND
  • No deliverable has been provided to the customer, AND
  • None of the commencement-of-delivery criteria in §3 has been triggered.

3. Not Eligible for Refund (Commencement-of-Delivery Criteria)

A product (or the relevant portion of a divisible bundle) is considered to have commenced delivery — and therefore is excluded from refund — if any one of the following has occurred:

  1. The survey or report (for example, Reality Pattern Scan) has been first viewed or downloaded.
  2. An alignment session (including Zoom or any other real-time consultation) has started.
  3. An alignment session has been scheduled.
  4. One or more deliverables have been provided to the customer (for example: alignment sheet, GPT promptbook, routine map, brand language chart, and similar outputs).
  5. Design work for any product tier (START / SIGNATURE / MASTER OS, or others) has begun.

If any one of the above applies, the service is excluded from the withdrawal and refund scope under Article 17, Paragraph 2, Item 5 of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래법) and Article 16, Paragraph 2, Item 3 of the Korean Content Industry Promotion Act (콘텐츠산업 진흥법).

4. Mis-advertised or Non-conforming Delivery

Notwithstanding the limitations in §3, if the product differs materially from its description on the product page, checkout page, or confirmation emails, or has otherwise been delivered inconsistently with the contract, you may request a refund or withdrawal within three (3) months from the date of receipt, or within thirty (30) days from the date on which you became (or could reasonably have become) aware of the discrepancy. Where this section applies, the limitations in §3 do not apply.

5. Minors

If a minor completes a purchase without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the legal guardian may cancel the contract in accordance with applicable law, and we will process the refund notwithstanding the limitations in §3.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests may be submitted by email to info@prime-foundation.com. We will review the request and notify you of eligibility and outcome within 7 business days of receipt.

Where a withdrawal or refund is legally valid, we initiate the refund for the relevant service or digital content within three (3) business days from the date of withdrawal. The refund reference amount is the USD-denominated transaction amount approved at checkout. Refund calculations are based on the approved USD amount and do not guarantee repayment of the same cryptocurrency quantity or any specific fiat-converted amount. Card payments are processed through Stripe against the original payment method where possible. Cryptocurrency refunds depend on NOWPayments status, network fees, exchange-rate movement, and supported payout currency, and may require a separate wallet address confirmation. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or blockchain network and is outside our control.

7. Irreversibility and Deemed Consent

Prime Foundation provides one-to-one bespoke content design and delivery. Once the service has commenced, the uniqueness and irreversibility of the design arising from the customer's inner information create outputs that cannot be resold or reclaimed. These outputs are treated as a non-transferable information asset.

Accordingly, refund requests submitted after the service has commenced will not be accepted unless §4 (mis-advertised or non-conforming delivery) or §5 (minors) applies. This policy is deemed accepted at the time of purchase, and all customers are understood to have reviewed these refund terms before completing payment.

8. Statutory Rights Prevail

Where this policy is less favorable to the customer than applicable law, applicable law or the more favorable standard prevails.

9. Customers Outside Korea

The timeframes and conditions described in this policy are based on Korean statutory consumer protection rights. We apply the same terms to customers residing outside Korea.
