This document is not intended to explain a specific company, incident, or person.
This document is a public manifesto to explain how far technology has pushed the world, and in that process, what perilous state humans have been placed in.
Prime Foundation begins from this question:
When technology becomes strong enough, how do humans control themselves?
Technology always begins with good intentions
Most technology starts with the intention of protection.
To reduce risk, to increase efficiency, to make more people safe.
The problem is not intention, but expansion.
As technology deeply permeates society, human judgment becomes increasingly subordinate to faster systems.
Technology becomes increasingly accurate, but humans become increasingly unable to stop themselves.
The birth of the highly functional human
Modern society demands 'well-functioning humans'.
Fast understanding, high processing ability, emotional control, performance-oriented thinking.
In this process, many people are raised as 'highly functional beings'.
But function does not offer direction. Function does not teach stopping.
When does judgment collapse?
Judgment does not collapse due to incompetence.
Judgment collapses under the following conditions:
When choices are excessive
When speed exceeds human processing limits
When responsibility is dispersed
When the certainty that 'everyone is doing it' kicks in
At this moment, humans are no longer 'decision-makers' but users of the system.
The Paradox of Technology: The more it tries to protect, the more control is lost
Technology is created to protect people. But when technology becomes strong enough, new problems arise.
Who can say stop?
The system continues to operate. Algorithms do not demand suspension. The market does not slow down.
The only thing that can stop is the human.

Prime Foundation does not blame technology. It does not try to eliminate it either.
The problem Prime Foundation sees is singular:
Humans lack a 'structure to protect judgment'.
So Prime Foundation does not replace technology, reprimand humans, or promise quick achievements.
Instead, it designs an internal operating system (OS) that allows humans to stop, withhold, and choose again on their own.
Why Family?
Human judgment does not exist alone.
Parents' choices become the child's life, the family's rhythm becomes the individual's judgment, and repeated conversations create the limits of thinking.
Prime Foundation deals not with individuals but with the family as the unit of decision-making.
This is not education, it is the smallest unit of governance.
