These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Prime Foundation, a service operated by Prime OS Lab, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Definition

Prime Foundation is a service that aligns each customer's emotional, cognitive, linguistic, and behavioral patterns to design and deliver a personalized self-operating system (OS). The service includes the following components:

• Self-reflection surveys and reports — personalized reports generated from survey responses that explore individual patterns (for example, Reality Pattern Scan).
• One-to-one alignment sessions — real-time consultations conducted via Zoom or other video conferencing services.
• Bespoke deliverables — outputs designed and produced from your information (alignment sheet, GPT promptbook, routine map, brand language chart, and similar outputs).
• Product lines — tiered offerings such as START / SIGNATURE / MASTER OS.

This service is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic product. Prime Foundation does not provide diagnosis, treatment, counseling, or clinical advice of any kind. The reports, session content, and deliverables you receive are interpretive and educational outputs intended to support personal self-reflection and self-operation. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care.

If you are experiencing a mental health concern, emotional crisis, or any other situation requiring professional support, please consult a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.

2. Eligibility

Prime Foundation is open to all users. Where a minor uses the service, we ask that they do so with the awareness or consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any information you provide through the service.

3. Account & Authentication

Accounts are created and managed through Supabase Auth. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Ensuring the email address and other contact details associated with your account are accurate and up to date.
• Any activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@prime-foundation.com.

4. Purchases & Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or have access to your payment card details — all cardholder data is handled exclusively by Stripe.

Prices are listed in USD on the relevant product pages. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.

Prime Foundation offers two categories of products:

• Digital content products: digital content delivered immediately upon successful payment (for example, the Reality Pattern Scan survey and report).
• One-to-one bespoke design and delivery products: products that include alignment sessions (such as Zoom or other real-time consultations) and customer-specific deliverables (alignment sheet, GPT promptbook, routine map, brand language chart, and similar outputs) — for example, the START / SIGNATURE / MASTER OS product lines.

All products are considered to have commenced delivery at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility and withdrawal limitations are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Prime Foundation — including but not limited to the survey questions, assessment frameworks, report text, frameworks and methodologies delivered in one-to-one sessions, deliverables (alignment sheet, GPT promptbook, routine map, brand language chart, and similar outputs), design elements, and underlying methodologies — is owned by Prime OS Lab, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use your report, session outputs, deliverables, and related content solely for your own self-reflection and self-operation. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content, session recording (where provided by us), or deliverable.
• Use any content for commercial purposes.
• Reproduce or publish report content, session content, or deliverables outside of personal use.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying session frameworks or deliverable design methodology.

6. Acceptable Use

When using Prime Foundation, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect content from the service.
• Share or transfer your account access to another person.
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent any access controls, authentication, or content restrictions.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or interfere with the service.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Disclaimer

Prime Foundation is an educational self-reflection and self-operation support service — it is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service.

Specifically:

• The service does not provide medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, mental health treatment, counseling, or clinical advice of any kind.
• The reports, feedback, one-to-one session content, and deliverables you receive are interpretive and educational outputs based on the information you provide. They reflect patterns and tendencies you have described — they are not clinical judgments or licensed professional assessments.
• One-to-one alignment sessions are coaching and reflective conversations intended to support your self-reflection and self-operation design. They are not psychotherapy, medical consultation, or licensed clinical services.
• The service is not a substitute for professional mental health care, parenting therapy, or any licensed clinical service.

If you are experiencing mental health concerns, emotional distress, or any situation that may require professional support, please contact a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.

In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately (e.g., 911 in the US, 119 in Korea).

Prime OS Lab, Inc. makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the content delivered through this service. Use of the service and reliance on its outputs is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prime OS Lab, Inc.'s aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service — including claims in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount you paid for the service in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

In no event will Prime OS Lab, Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

Prime OS Lab, Inc. is a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any and all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, USA. By using the service and accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Send a notification to the email address associated with your account, and
• Display a notice within the service.

Both notifications will be provided at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The effective date of the updated Terms will be shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the service before the effective date.
